As the Recruiting Manager for Allére, Maribel Delgado brings over 20 years of experience in the talent acquisition arena. Maribel enjoys challenges, thrives in data driven and structured environments which provide opportunities for multi-tasking, driving change and process improvement.
She has a demonstrated track record of leadership, building collaborative partnerships, driving process transformation and implementation, and leveraging metrics/reports/assessments to increase efficiency. She has recruited on a variety of positions from technical to non-technical; contract to permanent roles within a variety of industries and technologies. She develops sourcing strategies for short and long-term projects, provides recruiting support to clients, and coordinates and conducts interviews and screenings.
In addition to her Recruiting Leadership experience, Maribel has applied her leadership skills to providing non-profit work to Latin American Countries. She partnered with business and governments in addressing social needs and rolling out social and educational programs. She is also Bilingual in Spanish.
Head of Client Services
Leslie is Client Services Director for Allére. She has over twenty years of experience in Information Technology Consulting and possesses an unparalleled level of commitment to exceeding customer expectations and satisfaction.
As an Account & Client Services Director, she has consistently managed the successful high-volume delivery of high-tech consultants and permanent employees. Organizational and interpersonal skills have helped establish her as a “go to” resource for countless IT managers and Executives.
Prior to joining Allére, Leslie oversaw sales for a major financial institution where she nurtured key relationaships and engendered strategic partnerships that led to significant revenue growth.
Leslie is actively involved in Women in Technology, ChickTech Philadelphia, Various STEM programs and High School Women in Technology Presentations. Leslie earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Rutgers University.
As the Finance Administrator for Allére, Nelly Sanchez brings over 25 years of experience in the finance and accounting field. Before moving to Delaware, Nelly worked as the executive assistant to the Controller and finance department for the National Football League office in New York. Prior to coming to work for Allére, she worked in the non-profit segment as an accounting specialist at a local community center where she put her Spanish speaking reading and writing skills to work.
Her attention to detail and solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles ensures that the company’s daily accounting as well as payroll functions run accurately and effectively.
Outside of work Nelly loves movies, music and sports and has set a goal to visit every track that NASCAR visits.
Chief of Staff
As Chief of Staff, Liz brings over 15 years of Information Technology and Administration to her responsibility for operations, HR, and Finance oversight. Liz utilizes her vast experience across multiple businesses and industries to ensure efficient cross functional processes. Liz enjoys providing a great customer experience for our customers.
Outside of work Liz enjoys traveling and giving back to the community.
A top performer in 2019, Steve is a member of our recruiting team based in Charleston, SC. Steve joined The Allére Group in 2014 and has progressed to become a senior recruiter providing leadership across our recruiting organization. Liam has over 5 years of recruiting experience in IT and Finance/ Accounting across many industries including Financial Services, Healthcare, and Pharmaceuticals. Liam understands many of the common struggles hiring managers face when in searching for the ideal fit. His day to day focus is to build relationships that foster trust and create career growth. Principal and CFO
Moshe “Max” Lehrer is Principal and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at The Allére Group, managing financial strategy, and overseeing corporate development and investor relations for the company. In addition, he is a key team member to our executive, business development and sales teams.
Throughout his career, Max has honed his ability to assist companies in developing critical operations to ensure successful growth. He has vast experience integrating business processes that address internal risks and controls. This has allowed for him to be an integral part of organizational success from the ground up including cross-functional experience outside of finance.
Prior to joining Allére, he spent his career developing and launching small financial services organizations across the B2B and B2C markets. His accomplishments have been built on a foundation of leadership and management experience whereby he led teams to provide “best in class” services. Max provides a keen understanding across budgeting, operations, financial management and business development.
Max is a car enthusiast and enjoys days at the track. He enjoys volunteering his time to support local charities and is an integral member in the New York and South Florida Jewish Community.
COO – Operations, Marketing, Business Development
Marc’s compelling foresight and ability to sculpt a course of action and strategy serves his team and The Allére Group customers very well. His pragmatic leadership has increased the scale of operations by cultivating talent and partnerships, expanding the company’s footprint into new markets, and integrating new service specialties.
A solutions-oriented leader, Marc constantly challenges new ideas for business excellence, expansion, and progress. Overseeing growth initiatives and operations of The Allére Group’s national and global account relationships, he established the company’s client service standards —providing them with great talent, customized strategies and consistently adding value.
He manages the day-to-day operations and has grown the specialized staffing offerings from The Allére Group’s core competency in Information Technology to now include Marketing, Operations, HR, Finance and Business Development. He leads the charge in shaping a remarkable culture and business platform, bringing clarity and direction for success today and for the future.
Prior to joining Allére Marc held various executive and management positions at Barclaycard, Juniper Bank, and MBNA America. His responsibilities and influence extended throughout all areas of the organizations. In Customer Experience, he created an enterprise-wide CX strategy working across all business lines identifying gaps in the customer experience and implemented solutions. Marc touched all business functional areas while in Change Delivery including marketing, operations, and finance to deliver large-scale improvements. His hands-on and strategic roles in technology and other leadership positions offer a positive advantage and unique perspective for The Allére Group’s customers and candidates.
