Corporate Social Responsibility
At Allére we strongly believe it’s imperative to support the communities that we serve, live and work. We actively support numerous philanthropic endeavors. Our Community program is designed to provide both company and individual volunteer time, donations and fundraisers to help organizations in need throughout the US.

Shine a Light
Allére contributes to music education for children who live in disadvantaged or less affluent homes within the city of Wilmington, DE.


Entrepreneurs Society at The Independence School
Nicole Comer, Allére CEO, personally developed and helped implement this program to provide mentorship to help middle school age children build business cases to implement new business ideas, including cost/benefit analysis.

The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS)
Allére supports the The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society with The LLS Man and Woman of the Year (MWOY) campaign. This year marks the 25th year of the Man and Woman of the Year campaign, a prestigious program that has raised over $30 million in 2014. Led by 2015 Woman of the Year candidate, Allére CEO Nicole B. Comer, who has set an ambitious team goal to raise $50,000 between March 26 and June 6. Part of the LLS Delaware Chapter, all donations to Comer’s campaign go directly to LLS in support of its longstanding mission to find a cure for blood cancers and to improve the quality of life of patients and their families.


The Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC)
The Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), founded in 1997, is the largest third-party certifier of businesses owned, controlled, and operated by women in the United States. WBENC, a national 501(c)(3) non-profit, partners with 14 Regional Partner Organizations to provide its world class standard of certification to women-owned businesses throughout the country. Outside of the United States, certification is provided by our alliance partner, WEConnect International.
A certified member of WBENC, we are an active partner in support of the mission and vision to be the leader in women’s business development, and it’s mission to fuel economic growth globally through access to opportunities, by identifying, certifying and facilitating development of women-owned businesses.
