Allére embraces diversity in every aspect of our business. By creating a diverse workforce within our company, supporting the diversity hiring initiatives of our customers, and utilizing a diverse supplier base, we benefit from many unique perspectives, resources and ideas, enabling us to provide the highest quality staffing and consulting services in the industry.
As an organization, we are strengthened by our differences in cultures, backgrounds, perspectives, skills, and experiences. Our company is composed of a high-performance team of individuals with a wide range of expertise and abilities who work together to meet our clients’ most critical needs.
Recruiting Diverse Talent
We support the inclusive hiring practices of our clients by proactively establishing relationships with leading networking groups, organizations, and job sites devoted to promoting the careers of women and minorities in the staffing industry. These resources, coupled with our relationships with a vast network of experienced professionals, allow us to help our clients build dynamic teams that produce superior results.
Our supplier diversity program provides many opportunities for minority-owned, woman-owned, and small businesses, providing the products and services that help our company deliver exceptional service to our clients. Our suppliers are chosen based on the quality of their products and/or services, financial stability, references and overall value to our business.
Corporate Social Responsibility
At Allére we strongly believe it’s imperative to support the communities that we serve, live and work. We actively support numerous philanthropic endeavors. Our Community program is designed to provide both company and individual volunteer time, donations and fundraisers to help organizations in need throughout the US.
We currently have several areas that make up our program:
